Sipah Salar e Aqeeda e Tajdar e Khatam e Nabuwat, Sahibzada Haq Khatteb Hussain Ali Badshah Sarkar M.E, Qalandar e Douraan, Mukhlis Fillah is the Custodian of Darbar e Aaliya Balawara Shareef, Kotli Sattiyan, Rawalpindi Pakistan. Born on 06 June 1979 in Kotli Sattiyaan, Badshah Sarkar has devoted his life serving humanity solely in the name of Allah SWT, following the teachings of his father Hazrat Peer Musanjaf Ali Sarkar R.E.
Mission

He has actively and persistently Defended the Finality of Prophethood of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ as the Last Prophet of Islam through legislative measures, educational and spiritual conferences, and active preaching at both Darbar e Aaliyah Balawara Shareef.

Upholding the Honor of the Holy Prophet
In the year 2018, when political and Islamophobic elements across the world were seeking to entice violence in the Muslim Ummah by making caricatures of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ , Sipah Salar e Aqeeda e Tajdar e Khatam e Nabuwat Sahibzada Haq Khatteb Hussain Ali instructed Dr. Aamir Liaqat Hussain, a murid and khadim of Darbar e Aaliyah Balawara Shareef to present the Resolution for the Protection of Honor of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ in the Pakistan Parliament, in the first session of the newly elected government in August 2018. Similarly, Qalandar e Douraan Haq Khatteb Hussain Ali M.E. wrote to Mr. Wajid Khan member of European Parliament in 2018 protesting the caricature competitions which targeted the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ as the subject. Badshah Sarkar highlighted that the love for the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ is core Muslim faith and identity. To disrespect the the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ is to wilfully hurt the feelings of millions of Muslims around the world, which is not short of an act of extreme aggression on the part of the perpetrators. Mr. Wajid Khan acknowledged the concerns raised by Badshah Sarkar and duly raised them in the EU forums.

Spiritual Lineage
Hazrat Haq Khatteb Hussain Ali M.E. draws his spiritual lineage and teachings from a sterling line of Aulia from the Qadriyya spiritual order. Adherence to the principles of Islam which include firm faith in Tauheed (oneness of Allah SWT) and Khatam-e-Nabuwat (Finality of Prophethood of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ) are the cornerstone teachings of the Qadriyya order.
The Bay’ah (بعیت or pledge of allegiance)
Qalandar e Douraan Hazrat Haq Khatteb Hussain Ali Badshah Sarkar M.E accepts Bay’ah for Darbar e Aaliyah Balawara Shareef and the Qadriyya order, on the pledge that his muridain;
- Offer Nimaz (Salat, Islamic Prayer)
- Recite the Quran
- Offer Durood o Salam (Salutations and blessings) on the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ, who is the expression of Allah SWT’s Mercy for all mankind.
Badshah Sarkar has always emphasised to his muridain (devotees) and khadimin (servers of the Darbar) to practice patience, tolerance and respect for all of Allah SWT’s creations.

Translation: "We are not among those who use gunpowder, we are among those who use Durood (sending blessings on the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ)"

Giyarween Shareef
In honor of his Murshid-e-Kareem, Ghaus-e-Azam Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani R.E., who is the founder of the Qadriyya order, Qalandar e Douraan Hazrat Haq Khatteb Hussain Ali Badshah Sarkar M.E observes the Giyarween Shareef on the 11th date of every Islamic month. Badshah Sarkar marks Giyarween Shareef not only in Pakistan, but also through out the world where the Khadimin of Darbar e Aaliya Balawara Shareef organize Giyarween Shareef mehfil for devotees of the Qadriyya order. Badshah Sarkar presides over these spiritual assemblies to deliver enlightened sermons and bless the participants through Dum and Dua. The Giyarween Shareef mehfil is broadcast live via Badshah Sarkar’s Facebook page and Youtube channel.
